Clean room great location to rail station.

Great location, right across from the train only a minute walk. There are lifts for your luggage. The breakfast was good. I made the reservation same day as I was going and there were no issues. I’ll stay here again for sure!

The Capra is one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. We keep going back anytime we can. This is the one place where service is at its utmost definition.

Great stay

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Beau Site is overlooking Zermatt with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. Great hotel with welcoming staff. This ended up as a very relaxing five day vacation with pampering service and good food.

It’s my fourth stay at CERVO and I’ll be back! The breakfast isn’t as extensive as was originally, but you can still order a wide variety of hot dishes and I found the breakfast staff very attentive, and the evening staff perhaps understaffed?

This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The spa area is also exemplary--hot tub/jacuzzi, pool, sauna, wet sauna, and aromatherapy shower. All very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. A great little hotel where attention is paid to every little detail in the room.

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Wonderful stay in Varzo! Lovely mother and daughter hosts. Delicious homemade breakfast and very comfortable room with a nice view. Right down the hill from San Domenico ski area with excellent scenic hiking. Would recommend Chalet Il Picchio to all!
