"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "

They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. "Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."
