The cleaning crew were wonderful and very helpful and do a terrific job with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was great, very well stocked with some great food choices."

Breakfast is sub-par and coffee is from a machine and is not great. Good for a quick grab and go, but nothing compares to made to order coffee and fresh baked goods of local cafes. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and the staff were very pleasant. Also it’s a central location for tourists. Good for getting all over Venice, but crowds made it slow to navigate to/from the hotel. If you’re going for the biennale, recommend a location closer to the main venues."
