โIt was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. โWhat a gem. We had a quiet mid-week stay. But itโs a small space so I would think even weekends shouldnโt feel too busy. Food and service were outstanding. Some short hikes available on the property as well. โ
โItโs a very well kept property which is next to main road. Host Rochelle and her husband is very welcoming and kind. We, a pack of 5 people went there to Braai, party and have a fun night and we really had a great time.
Breakfast was okay. A special mention to the bread that is very well made.

โI booked for 2 nights but I couldn't make it, so I forfeit the 1st night. Otherwise we enjoy our stay the place was nice, clean and spacious. Beautiful viewโ

The property has a hike up the ridge behind for great views.
You could if you wanted to hike to mountain sanctuary its about 2 hours there and another 2 hours back.
It was well located just off a main road.
Giraffe, Zebra all came onto property to feed on the land which was quite exciting.โ
