“Well designed small holiday suite for 5. We stayed one night but it would have been fine for longer. Welcome pack didn't include soap for hand washing, so I am glad I read previous reviews and came prepared. ”

“It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space between 4 of us. Only thing they don’t provide towels and laundry which was inconvenient and communication could be little faster. ”

“Les instructions ne sont pas claires du tout, nous avons mis 30min à rentrer dans l Appartement , car ils n indiquaient pas le bon numéro de boîte, la photo ne correspondait pas, L étage n était pas indiqué … avec deux enfants en bas âge c était cata !!! “Nice place with comfortable beds and a large kitchen. No washer/dryer, and confusing communication about the trash. Also, the deal with the sheets and towels was a total bait-and-switch. You book the place and then the company tells you there is an extra fee to have sheets and towels provided (15 euro a person, I think)? Not sure if this is common in Belgium, but is pretty unusual and did not properly represent the cost of the rental on hotels.com”
