"This Hotel was beyond my expectations. I have stayed at other hotels in Auckland over recent years and the luxury this hotel emanates was above what we expected. Staff were accomodating in every which way, whether that was directions, food recommendations etc. All processes were smooth, check in/check out was incredibly swift and easy. TOTALLY, and I mean TOTALLY recommend!"

"Our family absolutely loves Cordis, it was the perfect staycation for our family. We had 3 rooms between us with access to the club lounge which was a great experience. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. The pool facilities are also great with the heated pool, jacuzzi, herbal steam room, sauna and 360 shower is good fun. Breakfast was lovely, so much to choose from, we couldn’t stop eating. We also booked dinner at Eight restaurant and we would like to thank Molly for her warm and welcoming manner, Molly your service was outstanding and we really appreciated how friendly and attentive you were, you made our dinner really enjoyable. Also to Ryker Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism during check-in. You made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and your friendly attitude really set the tone for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning."

"Friendly staff, but only one doing check-in at a busy time. Neighbouring room was very close and walls a bit thin, so not so quiet. Air conditioning/heating was on automatic and no remote to change this. TV worked, but connection to internet had issues and then casting was not possible. Conveniently location for taking buses into city and out to Eden Park. Kitchen area was good, but we had five people and only four of everything. Parking was expensive and hard to get car into/out of parking area."

"The most comfortable bed. Lovely bath. Yummy meal with such beautiful service from staff and management. Checkin was prompt with such a friendly staff member. Thankyou. The best part is that we are able to park our vehicle whilst taking a trip overseas. Yellow bus to take us to international. Thankyou Team. Also great workout in the gym and apologies as found the yoga mats in the corner of gym. 👍 Will definitely be our stop over hotel. Sandy & Noel"
