There was a pretty bad smell as soon as we entered the building, also in the hallways. The kitchen was missing some basic supplies, and the place wasn't very clean. Seeing cockroaches was definitely a big turn-off! I even had to unclog the bathroom drain myself because it was full of hair. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and the price was very affordable. Overall, not bad for the price, but cleanliness really needs some work.

There were plenty of roaches in my room. I bought a can of roach spray to keep them away. Worst of all, I could not leave food items on the counter. I kept my paper products, dish sponge, and any like items in the refrigerator just to keep the roaches from crawling over them. When I tried to tell the cleaning person, she did not understand English. I pointed to some dead roaches. Her gesture to me was to get some roach spray. I could have gone to another hotel, but what a hassle and an inconvenience. The location was good so I had to weigh the odds considering all else. All Stay America's may not be this way but it sure gives a bad image. I will never stay again and would not recommend to anyone.

The property was close to many food places like Outback, TGIF, Longhorn, and Applebee's. The staff was very nice especially Jenifer and the manager. Not the best looking in terms of furniture, but the service and the location were great.

The staff is so accomodating. We were not sure we would be back by check out time as we were also checking out of the nearby hospital. Staff told us not to worry, just to take care of ourselves first. Such a relief, and we did make it back in time. This is the third time we have chosen this place because of the staff, the cleanliness and being close to our medical needs.

Feeling at Home Here

This hotel is always nice, clean, and peaceful. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Hotel Manager Ms. Jackson is always kind and professional. She always makes sure all guests feel special. Her crew Denise, Vee, Brunie and Mr. Henry and the cleaning staff are very kind. Thank you to Extended Stay Largo for making me feel at home.

Staff was fine. Very accommodating and friendly. My room had roaches. Door latch was broken. Room smelled, overall cleanliness was just lacking. Just grimy. Grounds are covered in trash. Homeless walking around. Not at all what was expected.

Danielle at check in was amazing. She was able to get me in. The room, decent; but a lot of scrapes on the floor, the room I had to shoulder tackle in order to get in. Shower had chips and dents in it.

This place was good it got the job done. What I didn't like was that housekeeping never came inside the room only to do a walkthrough. Although it said they would come in at least once a week to sweep the floors and change the sheets. I didn't mind going downstairs to get clean sheets and change the sheets but it really bothered me that the floors were never swept! Other than that the people were very friendly and helpful.

Travel for one stay for concert at Fed ex field. Room had old furniture, actually spend time trying to jimmy bedside table draw as it hung open. Used key folder to jam drawer but every time you walked near I it would open, protruding out. It was annoying to say the least. Kept reminding myself that it’s only one night. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside like something had spilled all over the front but inside appeared clean enough for my liquids. Staff was pleasant, room was quiet and parking great
