Was loverly room spotless. But was annoyed we was told on phone we would get robes and towels. We was told at hotel robes only on spa break. So i could of took my own. Great overnight stay. Spa access included but was very busy! Great selection for breakfast and staff very nice. Easy access to Cheltenham and Gloucester. Booked via hotel.com and it’s not until you confirm that it advises of restrictions to spa access, should be noted in hotel description.

We had a lovely time, great leisure centre. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful, Felicity was helpful as she decorated the room nicely for my daughter’s birthday. Thanks for a lovely stay.
