"Lovely hotel. Nicest staff I've ever met in all my frequent traveling. Super clean room, fantastic 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Breakfast options were great. If I'm ever back in KC, will definitely stay here. I'd stay here over the larger brand motels nearby."

"Beaauuuutiful stay in St. Joe, could not have asked for a better stay. The staff is really kind and accomodating, and the place is really well maintained and clean! So much history in the walls and love how they’ve restored it. Wish I got to try the breakfast but just from the smell I know it’s delicious! 100% would come back."

"Our second stay. This time we noticed how humid our room was. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and with our family of four taking showers over a 2 night stay, the humidity seemed to stay in the room. The air conditioning unit had a panel over the controls. Temperature could be adjusted by a wall mounted unit, but there was no way to shut the fan off. The fan on the unit blew cold air the entirety of our stay (but that didn't seem to lessen the humidity). Our room had a lamp attached to a desk. When my husband touched it to adjust it's angle, it sparked. Later my son did the same thing and it threw spark of electricity and bent down at a broken angle. This happened just before we checked out. When we informed the front desk, the receptionist told us they knew about it and we're sending maintenance to fix it. Why would they rent a room to us that had an electric hazard in it?"

"This was a nice place to stop in St Joseph’s. Communication was great. Received several emails explaining checkin and other details about staying here. My biggest complaint was the bed was not comfortable. It had a dip right in the middle that I kept rolling into. Also would have liked to have a bathroom attached instead of the detached version that we had."
