Looks Can and will fool you….

As the old adage goes….Dont judge a book by its cover…well with this being my first visit to this property after have driven past it countless times, I had thought for sure I would be disgusted with the rooms themselves. Yet once I opened the door to my room I was beyond taken back….it was extremely clean, up to date, well lit, stocked with clean towels and sheets. And was quiet as a church in there.

Awful Service

Office was closed at 4:00 pm when I arrived. Had to call cell phone number taped to the front door. Eventually (30 minutes) someone showed up with a key. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Had to call for Wi-Fi password and they gave me the wrong one. The owner ended up coming to my room convinced I was enter the password wrong, only to remember that the password had changed and she gave me the old one.

Staff is terrible, basically there is no staff, one guy after pressing bell for 20times about 15 mins he came to give keys. During check out as well, as the booking says break fast included we were knocking/ pressing the bell for 30 mins he didnot respond, so finally we dropped key card in the slot and left. And room had a strong smell/ too much air freshener was very inconvenience to sleep. Room is basic don’t expect too much.

Couldn't even go to my room because when I booked it it got me a notification thing confirm then when I got there they couldn't find it on the computer so I had to sleep in my car last night and it was a cold night so not happy with this company at the moment they should reimburse me that night they should reimburse me two for the hassle
