"Stayed for one Saturday night before a concert. The hotel was very busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the 12th floor and as the hotel was busy, the lifts at times were a bit of a nightmare. Our room was a 2 double beds room, even though we'd booked a standard double. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower room was large and the White Company products were good. The ensuite could have been cleaner. There was a collection of dust on the radiator and the shower tray wasn't properly cleaned. The door to the ensuite had quite a lot of water damage on the back of it, which needs attention.We ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening and the food and service were good. Breakfast on Sunday morning was very busy but we were seated promptly and the food choice was excellent. Overall, a very convenient stay for the Utilita Arena. If the room was cleaner, it would be 5 stars."
