Traveled to DC for a concert at Nationals stadium, hotel was in walking distance with plenty to do in the area. Excellent staff who went above and beyond upon our check-in and I would not hesitate to book this location again.

The room had everything you could possibly need....a white noise machine, ear plugs, makeup wipes etc including kitchen stuff. Beds were very comfortable. The last night the neighbors above were a little loud but nothing horrible with the white noise machine. Good location with a beer garden nearby.

I've stayed at this property in the past. Funny thing is the last time and this time I had the exact same room. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well, plenty of hot water for showering. The hotel is a block from the Navy Yard and 3 short blocks from the Marine Barracks at 8th & I. There is a Capital Bikeshare on the block, and getting around by bike is easy. There are a few restaurants in the area and a very well stocked liquor store.

The property was very nice and our room was clean and updated. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the full kitchen was great. Nice little balcony as well. Glad there was a small fitness room with a treadmill to use. The check in process with Kaitlyn was smooth and she gave us helpful tips about the area. It is a good location and we used Uber, the metro, and we walked. Good restaurants to choose from nearby as well. We parked our car on the street in front and just kept it there during our stay. We would stay here again.

Our studio apartment room was very clean, large and well equipped and even provided a noise machine and earplugs if needed to mute city noises but I didn’t need them. The staff were very helpful when we unfortunately had to make changes to our reservation last minute too! It is very close to the highway and naval base, about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the Yards area.

Rooms are clean and substantial in size with really great amenities. The hotel leaves ear plugs in case of surrounding noise from the street or military base which is located in close proximity, however we found that it was other guests that caused the most disruption. Two out of our three night stay was disrupted by an adjacent room playing excessively loud music in the early hours of the morning (12 to 5am). Having laboriously contacted the front desk on both occasions, the night manager approached the room to ask them to shut the music down given the hour. On the first night the adjacent room proceeded to run their washer and dryer for two hours, for which the night manager told us they could do nothing about it. The second night was much the same, however as this was our last night in the property we only asked for the music to be turned down/off as it was 2am. We spoke to the front desk in the morning after the first instance however the attendant appeared less than bothered that our nights sleep had been disrupted so abruptly. While the amenities are adequate (we used the washer and dryer during our stay, between normal hours), I would avoid this property if you value your sleep as unruly guests are not to be kept in check by property management.

This property seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Location is right near the ballpark neighborhood. Check in time is late (4pm) with no chance of getting in earlier and 11am check out. So, really, you only get a 19 hour stay. It is a very walkable area. ,

Everything went smoothly. The washing machine did not work but the front desk fellow tried to get it working. We had to wait til Monday for the maintenance guy. Both were very helpful though. The manager was great as well. We were in a one bedroom superior, with balcony. It was nice to have the balcony space. The exercise room is just okay — it’s better than nothing. One of the female front desk workers could have been a little friendlier — she was often busy on her phone and had headphones in (might have been work related). The male front desk worker was very friendly. The items (drinks and snacks) available to purchase from the machine were very reasonably priced. It was nice not to have some trying to gouge guests. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter and a 20 minute walk to Nats Park. Very convenient. Never felt unsafe in the area. The Navy Yard is right across the street. Love the changes that are still coming to this neighborhood. We love the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry and 2 closets. The living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable but it serves the purpose. The dining room chairs are annoying because the legs spread out and we stubbed our toes on them. But generally we love this place. It was our second time staying here.

My stay was only for a night but I will definitely be looking to stay at this place next time I'm in the Washington D.C. area. The room was really great, felt like a small apartment and it was well furnished. I arrived later in the evening but hotel staff welcomed me in and showed me around the property and let me know everything I needed to know.
