“We got a suite and it felt incredibly dingy and worn out. There were marks on the walls and parts of the carpet had snagged and ripped. The layout was very weird and it looked as if it was missing furniture and there were some dents in the walls. I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall).
