"建物や部屋の内装〜家具などは素晴らしいです。 気になった事は2点です。 チェックイン、チェックアウトを含め、朝食会場での従業員の態度などは最悪です。この点だけなら星は１つです。やる気がないなら転職すべきです。そういうものを求める方にはお勧めできないホテルです。 もう一点は、Wifiが弱すぎる点です。 私は4階の部屋でしたから他の環境は分かりませんが、とにかく繋がらない、すぐに切れるで使い物になりません。 以上の2点が大きなマイナスポイントです。施設などは本当に素晴らしいので勿体無いです・・・"

"Nice place to stay! I wasn’t a big fan of the wheels on the beds. The breaks didn’t work and my bed moved around. At night there are lots of cockroaches on the streets near the hotel. Staff was very nice but very few speak English. I arrived late at night and had trouble getting my room as there was no one at the front desk and I couldn’t talk to the person on the phone since they only spoke Thai."

"Everyone was great here. Jim was especially very helpful and friendly. He definitely defines what Thai culture is about. Always smiling and friendly. I couldnt ask for a better hotel and staff. It was under a little construction but it never effected my stay. Big thumbs up to this hotel. Bed was comfy as well."
