"We have stayed at 5 star hotels and this place was as nice as those. Staff was friendly and nice as well. It was like a brand new hotel. The only negative thing I could complain about was the breakfast was the same each day. It was great but I love bacon and sausage was served every day. But the yogurt machine with fresh fruits was delicious."

"The room was clean and very well maintained, although during our 2-day stay we reported a running toilet and it was never repaired. The staff were very friendly, including front desk, housekeeping and bar. But what I could not fix was the noise of the air units and possibly engines in the parking lot outdoors. These noises never seemed to go away all through the night."

"We arrived at 8:30 PM to check in to find the hotel fully booked Little to no parking one elevator working and that was the beginning. Arrived in our room to find day old five slices of pizza in the refrigerator, not in a wrapper, not in a container just on the shelf. Went to use the phone to call the desk downstairs to find it not working upon speaking to the guy at the desk. I was told there were no available rooms and that he would notify the manager. Upon returning to the room, went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink to find that the water did not go down what seem to be an eternity. Returned downstairs to the front desk to explain the situation with the sink and it was once again told there was nothing that they could do. I explained it to him that this is no way for a Hilton to be run, he assured me the manager would call my stay was 5/16/26 to 5/18/26."
