"My last review was not accurate because I didn’t check the room very well. For the price you pay you have everything you need in one place: a mini fridge, microwave, free wifi and breakfast plus a pool and sona room to indulge yourself. Great and professional staff always willing to help with your needs so what more could you ask for plus a great location"

"The room was very dated and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and whenever you moved around the room, dust followed you. I told the front desk when we first checked in but they were fully booked and couldn’t change our room. Maid service never came to the clean the room until I went to complain to the front desk. The front desk gave me Bonvoy points and $50 credit but then took the credit away because maid service did technically come after I complained. I think that’s was not a good thing to do because I had to go out of my way to wait in line to complain in order for a basic service to be done. Also I called ahead and asked when the pool would be open and I was told Sunday at 1pm but it turns out that was not true and the pool was closed so I stayed an extra night for no reason. It just wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff was polite but they just didn’t do enough to make up for the terrible stay even after my bad experience was brought to their attention. There’s lot of hotels in the area so go with one of those and not this one."

"Johnathon the chef was an amazing all around helper! The shower was good. Rooms were clean and check in and out was simple. There is no pool. There are not many places near it. Coffee was not worth the money. I really was a good place to stay a night or 2."

"The room was nice, comfortable, and housekeeping came every day. The digital clock on the nightstand actually gave the correct time! That seems to be a rarity in hotels today. It was fairly quiet despite that fact that the hotel was fully booked that weekend. The breakfast was OK though basically the same thing every morning. My main complaint was the shower. I was on the 4th floor and it took several minutes for the warm water to reach my floor. It was never hot; I didn't have to adjust it. At least it wasn't cold. I had no problem finding a parking place."
