“The room was dirty and half the lights didn’t work.”

“Somehow we got upgraded to an executive suite and that was in another building across the parking lot. It was very nice with a cold fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. We went there for the pool area bc we’re in town to do something else. The pool was nice, the hot tub was nice too. As a parent you want to sit in the hot tub while the kids enjoy the pool, but you can’t see the pool from the hot tub. Which really sucks when you’re trying to watch your kids. If...

“Staff was very friendly. Located in a kind of sketchy area, but right next to a McDonalds and gas station so food was convenient. Hotel was inexpensive and a good experience for the money.”

“The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.”
