โThe first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.โ
โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
โGreat property. Lobby, elevators , rooms and bathrooms were super clean. A/c worked very well, black out curtains were awesome and all in all a great stay . The breakfast was ok not great but coffee was fresh and staff great โ
โI really appreciate a good staff who's also kind to their clientele and you had that especially on a July 4 th weekend. Very attentive. Thanks for a great stay. โ
โResponsive service. Could have provided decaffeinated coffee. (I know that most think why bother, but I enjoy flavor.)
Great walkable location. Need to be able to climb two full flights of stairs.
A unique experience in a converted school. Cool vibe in the arts district.โ
โYou can tell a bit of TLC went into remodeling this hotel. Itโs very clean and has more amenities than you need including a fully stocked snack bar and fridge. The room and bed are very comfortable. Thereโs also strong water pressure in the large handicap/elderly accessible shower. Across the street is Whole Foods and the highways are super close for fast transportation. Iโd stay here again.โ
