The public beach and cafe across the street was wonderful. The town of Weggis is quaint and charming. Mount Rigi’s peak is worth a visit with access directly from Weggis via cable car.

Staff was wonderful, professional and welcoming. The hotel has been around for a long time so we didn’t expect any “modern” amenities, however the whole place was very clean, neat and cozy. We had a fantastic stay and we will be back.

Weggis is gorgeous and your eyes never get sick of the spectacular panoramic views. Dining is not cheap but the food is worth it. Not great for an 8 yr old picky eater though! Everything else was divine.
