"This was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was not ready when arrived at 10 PM. One of the staff from the front desk was cleaning the room in a rush. The sheets were all wrinkled on both beds and all the pillows were thrown on one, and that was the way that was said to be the room was ready. The bathroom was still dirty from such a quick cleanup. The towels were quickly folded up and not in any kind of decent order They brought our extra blankets and pillows, rolled up in a ball and said they just got them out of the dryer and that’s why they were not folded The room was dusty and dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time The staff called our room and knocked on our door at 11:30 PM at night Then speaking to the manager, he was extremely rude about how horrible our stay was and did not do anything to help us in any fashion"

"Family members had non working tv’s and air conditioners and fridges in their rooms. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge. They charged my card and my husband after telling us the couldn’t use his card because the reservation was made under my name however it was his card on file. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be back again. "

"Excellent and clean room, amazing breakfast every day, and having a kitchen was the best."

"The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock."
