Sleep Inn & Suites Queensbury - Lake George

"This hotel is located on a busy road in Queensbury across from the Walmart and had easy access to multiple highways making this an ideal location. There was plenty of free parking. We were on the backside of the hotel on the top floor (3) and didn't hear anything - including other guests or their pets. We requested a pet-free room (due to allergies) and had no problems. The room was small but very clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. It was nice to have a microwave and mini fridge. We did use the pool which was also very clean and had lots of extra towels (max depth of the pool was 4'9" and there is no lifeguard). The shower was good sized with plenty of hot water and nice pressure. The sheets were lightweight and the bed comfortable. HVAC system was easy to control and worked well. The desk chair in our room needs to be updated - the fabric was very worn but still functional. There was plenty of dresser space and all of the drawers were immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked. The scrambled eggs were not good (probably powdered) but everything else was tasty. My partner raved about the waffles. The staff was lovely - personable and very helpful! It was clear they wanted our stay to be a good one. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed at the property for 2 nights 9/18-20/2026. Staff was pleasant and room was clean (which actually looked like the pictures on the website which is a plus!) and obviously recently renovated and modernized. My only real complaint: the hotel roof was being stripped for repairs on the 19th which was loud and disruptive. I FULLY UNDERSTOOD the need to do the repairs, BUT guests should have been told of this before booking AND a discount should have been offered for the inconvenience. But, all in all, the stay was pleasant and we definitely appreciated the staff."
