"Overall, it was wonderful. The things we liked the most: Courteous staff, fruit and cucumber water in the lobby, breakfast selections, location near the zoo, botanical gardens and a museum, free shuttle to and from the airport. The things we did not like: toilet and tub drain we not draining properly. When they brought someone to repair, there was a language barrier and it did not get resolved. We also found a bogus charge to our room, but the front desk resolved that nicely."

"Room was nicer than expected. Bed makes lots of noise with little movement but other than that the room was great. Very friendly staff, the two gentleman that checked us in could not be more helpful! "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. I even got a wonderful massgae at the spa. The room was clean, the villa was a little outdated, but still really nice. Highly recommended. I will definitely be returning."

"We reserved a cottage for our stay. Check-in was quick and the desk agent spent time showing us where everything that we were interested in was and marking it on a map of the property. The cottage was beautiful and featured a separate bedroom from the main living room space. The bath was luxurious and spotless. "
