the carpet is all covered in stains, the elevator was scary to ride on, sometimes it would move slightly up or down before we stepped inside or out of it after the doors either opened or closed. the bed was old and uncomfortable and the towels were very old and had almost no “fluff” to them. the hot tub was dirty and never got hot and the area around the pool was dirty, every since lounge chair was broken and you could not sit on them without breaking them further. has potential to be an amazing comfort inn but this was not like any i’ve stayed in before, definitely below their standards. staff was very very nice and helpful.

Great business trip. I love your bedding especially the pillows. I actually bought four of them from a hotel a few years ago they were $20 each I like that the air conditioner fan can stay on throughout the night without shutting down, very comfortable room

good simple hotel, nothing fancy but the room was comfy. good customer service experiences, i needed an iron and i got it from front desk:) BUT quality shaking my head, it leaked the water on my shirt🙂 but the mini hair dryer in the restroom helped w that, the morning breakfast was so handy but quality of food was eh, overall good experience but quality needs upgrades, id stay here again for a quick budget friendly trip. thank you

Great experience!!..

Great experience, the morning continental breakfast was great lots of options, eggs, sausage, biscuits, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, sweet bread, normal and blueberries waffles, fruit. The beds are good, family was able to rest after a long traveling day, its close to i-10 and most of the venues are 10-20 minutes away. Reception and hotel employees nice and helpful will stay again 👍.

Poor and unclean overall hotel and room condition

The condition of the hotel was poor. Lots of things were broken or visibly damaged such as the elevator buttons, bathtub, wall/ceilings, as well dirty or unclean in appearance. Lots of homeless camping right outside as well. Would not stay at this specific location again, and would consider competitor chains in this price range instead, which I've had better experience with.

The room was just ok. Had stain in the carpet didn't have enough towels and when trying to get more they said they were all out. No housekeeping the next day breakfast wasn't that great eggs tasted like powered eggs. Plus lots of homeless people around property.

Homeless people everywhere. The condition of the hotel is really bad. Not a place too stay for the expensive charge.
