"Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. "The staff were excellent and attended quickly to our every need. The rooms were spacious. The full kitchen was wonderful and we had our home cooked meals right in our room. The bed and room were very comfortable. It was located close to all the historical sites we visited."
