"The hot tub wasn't working, and the community spaces (hallways, etc) had visible trash for a couple days, but our stay was very cozy and pleasant overall. We loved the view to the open area and trees in the back. It felt very tucked back and homey. We will stay here again if we need an overnight in Quincy."

"It was a bummer the elevator was not available. Our toilet clogged up in our room. However, I was pleased with the stay. The room was nice and clean. Pool area is pretty decent. Breakfast for the most part was good. This hotel is a nice place to stay for the value."

"The hotel was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one told us. It was the major attraction for my children when I made the reservation, so they were terribly disappointed. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come. Staff was friendly when they could be found."

"Hotel was walking distance from a lot of different shopping centers, restaurants, ect. Hotel rooms itself, walked in and the room smelt like smoke, went down to let the staff know and he refused to let us switch rooms. Hotel rooms floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, floor was sticky, ash residue on the counter, sink sprayed out when you turned it on. "
