"The best place to stay in Berkeley Springs, WV. Just next to the Park with natural springs and Bath Spas. Coffee in the Lobby available all day and very nice bold taste. We stayed in West Inn part, room is very spacious, A/C is not noisy. We definitely will be back soon."

"Outstanding experience. I wish I would have gotten the front desk clerk’s name, because she was so kind and helpful during the stay. Every time I walked down to the lobby, she was cleaning something or helping someone (including me) and was so kind and informative. The pool area was spotless, the rooms were spotless, and the lobby and gameroom were spotless. I tend to avoid public areas like these due to cleanliness concerns, but here at Tru, I was able to enjoy all of the amenities comfortably. The game room was by far my favorite part. Foosball tables, couches with built in charging ports for electronics, a giant connect 4, and drawers full of board games and crayons. My kids and I relaxed and played games down there for hours. We will definitely be back soon. All of the staff greeted us as we passed, including housekeeping. 5 star experience."

"This stay was my second visit to this property. I will be back next time I need to stay in the area. Check in took a bit of time as there was a line in front of me but once I made it to the counter the staff was great, and they had my reservation on hand and provided me with a key in a few minutes. Room and bathroom was clean and TV, AC, and all other items worked as intended. The shower had HOT water and great pressure so that's a plus. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel fare, I will book here again in the future."
