“None of the staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee was so weak you weren’t positive it was even coffee and no choices for something to eat except a sticky doughnut in cellophane. Our room key needed reset several times and the last night it stopped working and they weren’t able to give us access to our room”

“There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. So, as quickly as I unloaded the car, I packed it back up and hit the road.

“I reserved a non smoked room but they gave us a smoking room which was terrible. We asked for exchange with a non smoked room but they didn’t have any other room”

“Booked the room because it was a good price and the photos weren’t bad. When we got there, the photos we saw is not was we showed up to. There was rodent poop in the bed and the dresser drawers. The one chair had a cigarette burn and the other chair had some weird stains on it. The bottom of the door was busted and you could see between the door and the door frame, out to the parking lot. The outlets didn’t even have covers on them. All the patchwork on the walls were done but just left as is...
