"I would highly recommend this hotel. The shuttle service alone was amazing and made everything worth it. We are not normally shuttle people. We are people who stay on property this time we wanted to try something new. However, I am not someone that likes to walk anymore than I need to so I was looking for hotels that specifically have a shuttle. The staff that drive the shuttles are amazing, have a great customer service, or very timely, we barely ever had to wait for a shuttle. That makes a long park day totally worth it. If we accidentally just missed the shuttle one was immediately coming up after it was so nice. My only complaint is that we stayed in the Garden tower portion of the hotel. We were there during a heat wave. That tower seem to be significantly hotter than the main hotel. We also stayed in one of the last rooms of the garden tower, so the trek was long. I will 100% stay at this hotel again just next time I’ll make sure not to stay in the garden tower."

"From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded our expectations. It delivers the upscale, luxurious experience you hope for in Las Vegas, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality throughout the property. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the start. Roseabella from housekeeping especially deserves recognition. After we initially declined service, our needs changed and she graciously accommodated us with a beautiful smile, positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. Our in-room dining experience was equally impressive. The food arrived ahead of the quoted time, and the gentleman who delivered it provided true fine-dining service, setting everything up and even placing our napkins on our laps. The wok-fried rice, club sandwich, and lemonade were delicious! The casino was clean and inviting without being overwhelmingly noisy. Upstairs, the hotel was incredibly peaceful, and we heard virtually no hallway or neighboring-room noise. I also appreciated the added security of checking room keys before allowing access to the hotel elevators. Our room had a beautiful view of the Strip, Sphere, and pool area, and the stunning rose displays at the entrance made an unforgettable first impression. Beautiful surroundings may get you through the door, but exceptional service makes you want to return, and this property delivered both."
