"The rooms were not that bad but they had no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. You could rent them from the hotel. Elevators were very shabby, dirty, stuff on the walls. Escalators: only the one coming down worked. Some of the cocktails girls were very rude. Checking in was a hassle, got sent to self check in so we checked in to one room then had to go to front desk to check in to our other room. Line was long. Then I was overcharged. Left my mobility scooter charger in the room. Called hotel. Was told nothing was turned in. Housekeeping went in right after we left by the time we were at the end of the hallway. Maybe it got thrown away. Even after all this, I would still stay there again. It wasn’t all bad for a 5 day stay."

"The staff were friendly and the entrance to the hotel was nice and I was hopeful having never stayed here before. The room was old and worn- the grout in the shower was gross, never mind the corners of the bathroom, chipped paint and worn-ness- the aged toilet with black worn porcelain spots-the AC vent high had black streaks and the aged furniture that has taken a beating. For the price and not thinking about it too much this hotel is ok to stay. People love the shuttle to and from Disneyland. I won’t be staying here again. Too many other options."

"If you’re going to a baseball game or somewhere downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to navigate getting back. So many movies were filmed here so it’s kind of fun to experience. They give you a few more perks compared to other hotels when you check in like the beverage credit some spa credit and different things instead of just 1. The staff and attitudes in the restaurants and cafes could be a lot better, but it’s LA and part of the culture. I also called for bell service and they told me that they didn’t do bell service and I was like OK… and then he called back and said I’m sorry I was just really busy so I didn’t appreciate being lied to you, but I’m glad that he apologized"

"First time staying here and I felt safe and secure. I stayed for 4 nights and I have no complaints except I had to use my room key to use the elevator. Thats the only complaint and its not a big one."
