The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!!

โVery accommodating to meet your needs,love the area not to mention the view ,the pool and bar in the back itโs very nice this my second time here and I will come again,hot water,ac overall itโs great and affordable,close to the Montego Bay town.โ
โWe loved everything. I took my husband there for his birthday and had them to set the room up, upon arrival we had rose petals, balloons, banner, champagne, cake, etc it was very romantic. We will be going back again and everyday the buffet had a variety of foods. It's also all inclusiveโ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ

โI got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.

โThe surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . โ
