"Our stay at the Navarra Hotel in Bruges was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special nothing was too much trouble.. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every little touch thought of to make us feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels luxurious yet relaxed, elegant yet inviting. Whether we were enjoying the facilities, relaxing in our room, or exploring the surroundings, we felt completely cared for. We had a truly incredible experience from start to finish. We cannot wait to return and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and flawless stay. "

"Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service. Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor. "

"Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a treat waiting in our room (tin of Belgium biscuits)…nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We can’t say enough about the storybook city of Bruges and the location of this hotel! Plus we needed parking and the hotel had some on site (which is rare in a historical area). We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!"

"The Staff were very friendly & very helpful throughout our 4 day stay. A perfect hotel right in the middle of everything 150 yards in any direction, the 7 kilometre beech was fantastic. A great 4 day break, with the help of the hotel staff. Thank you All."
