“Nice room. I spent most of the time outside. Kitchen seemed to be stocked pretty well. Nice big fridge. I didn't see a hot plate or something similar for Cooking. Just a microwave. Not a big deal since I planned on eating out. I used the toaster for English muffins for breakfast. I did”

“We have been to Ocean Shores many times over the last 22 years. In the past we have stayed at other hotels that are very close by. This was our first stay at the Grey Gull due to others were full. Turns out this one was way more reasonably priced then the others and it was on a clam dig weekend. The room was nice and even had a separate bedroom which I did not notice when I booked it. This will be where we stay in future visits to Ocean Shores. Thank you, Don”

“The property is pretty nice. They’ve tried to upgrade it, but it’s an older building. The management was fantastic and let us check in early and even opened the pool and hot tub early. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is the floors, especially under the beds, were dirty. ”

“The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. “I’ve had great experience here before. I did however found the room I got this time to be not as clean and squared away as well as it was before - eg the bed was made a bit messy and I found what I believe was blood on the bathroom floor. I also did have soon be trouble with my door not shutting and locking properly but they took care of it the best way they can relatively fast, which I’m very grateful for. I believe this is a local family run business and do like them a lot. Great place to stay...
