“Upon entering after a long car journey, we were told that they didn't have the ensuite room that we had booked and then shown to a very plain, undecorated bedroom with a sink on the wall by the window. “We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
