Fairhaven Hotel
Plenty of shops near by, no air conditioning, room was clean and staff very pleasant. However, shower was terrible, waster dribbled out and took 5 mins before warming up. No hot water from sink after waiting again 5 minutes.

First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty.
