"Ashley and her staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me get my car moving when i got stuck in the snow going into the parking lot. My only isue was that the drive and lot were not plowed. However that was not on them. "

"The unit was very clean and comfortable. The particular one we stayed in had a balcony but due to the weather we didn't go out on it; the view was just "so so" - it just looked into the woods and also down the hill we could see a maintenance building. The kitchen was stocked and although we didn't cook, we felt we could have easily prepared meals."

"The room was really nice and cute. The whole place was very cute. The staff were amazing! We were cooked breakfast every morning we stayed. We plan to go back again sometime. "

"The only problem that we had was the first unit they sent us to was not ready. The bed wasn’t made, the patio to the balcony was open, and there were spiders in the jacuzzi tub. But when staff was notified they rectified the problem. Other than that minor minor and yes I meant to say it twice because it wasn’t horrible. But other than that we had a marvelous time. We will be coming back. It will be me and my woman’s getaway spot. Thanks again!!!!!"
