"I was a little concerned about noise at first because there were a lot of young men hanging out on the 2d floor walkway, listening to loud music and talking, but they quieted down at a reasonable hour. The only noise I heard after dark was the laundry machines next door, and that finished before bedtime. The room was very pleasant and so much more reasonably priced than the name-brand motels in the area."

I’d stay there again without any changes but some minor criticism/suggestions would be to make the numbers on the cabins more visible (maybe glow in the dark paint), make sure the paper towel roll is full or leave a second in the kitchen and I thought it was great they had dishes and dish soap but there was no sponge to do the dishes. The only straight up complaint was that one of the twist stick...

"The property is ideally located on a medium-sized lake with waterfowl (Blue Herons, Cormorants, Eagles, Falcons). Water was low (4 feet below "normal", which affected the overall view a bit, but low level has been normal for the area for several years. Cabins are very attractive, uniformly well-maintained with well-kept picnic / play area and several stone stone-enclosed firepits with good seating (plastic chairs). "Excellent property, very clean, friendly, quaint. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and are highly satisfied. There are several vignettes outside where you can sit and enjoy wildlife and nature. The room was very nicely set up with every thought about your comfort and needs. From the kitchen appliances provided (coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, etc.) to the games ranging in a variety of ages. The owner is a lovely lady who takes the time to get to know her guests...
