“We are very thankful to The Reach Hotel for allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. We arrived during a heavy rainstorm, at least two hours before the regular check-in time. Despite arriving early, we were graciously given a room and were able to access the restaurants on the property while we settled in.The staff were extremely attentive and provided exceptional customer service, hospitality, and delicious food throughout our stay. The following day, the weather cleared, and we...

“This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. We felt so comfortable at The Artist House and genuinely felt more like house guests than customers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the free happy hour with snacks and beverages was the cherry on top. They also provided complimentary snacks and water throughout our entire stay, which was such a nice touch. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Key...

“There is a rat infestation. Went at dusk to the pol since the advertised tub was not in my room . Could not swim in the heated pool as it was chilled.
