This was by far my friend and I's favorite stop on our trip to Alaska. It's more remote, but absolutely beautiful and everyone is super friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to take a walk around the property after a long day of driving. There's a hot-tub to relax in, though we were both too tired to enjoy it. Breakfast was amazing and it was an overall amazing experience! I'll definitely be coming back!
Superb mountain top views. nice hot tub (just for soaking as the jets don't work). Bed is in serious need of an upgrade- you either roll to the middle or off the edge. Only one chair in a suite (odd since it's designed for two people) Stand fan was appreciated, as there is little air circulation. (The beautiful large windows do not open.)
Breakfast was standard and fine.
Surrounding grounds are quiet and peaceful.
Note, there are two friendly large dogs that have the run of the property. Don't play fetch with Bruno- he nios) All in all. it makes for a nice stay.
This facility complements a bike excursion guide business with winter offerings of fat tire and cross country skiing. We were just passing through for a night and it was perfect. Stunning, thoughtful design of the main building, more than ample common areas stunningly decorated to maximize exterior views of Seven Sisters mountains. Peaceful, understated luxury. Most calming place I've ever stayed.
This is a very quiet peaceful haven. Our room was clean and comfortable and the owners and staff are very kind. Nice to have a lovely hot tub to star gaze in.
