"It was okay"

"First room had a sofa sleeper. No sheets, pillows, or blankets. Mattress had quite a bit of dog hair on it. Moved to another room which was very nice. Very impressed that the Manager took immediate action on the sofa sleeper. Would stay again."

"Lot was snow/ice covered. Pool was closed. Tub drained slowly. Few choices for breakfast"

"Fix the bathroom ceiling: it is gross. Enforce no smoking policy. Dog barking late at night and early in the morning inside of the hotel was annoying "

"Staff was stand offish. I asked for a couple pillows and received annoyance and one pillow. Under the sheets had some mold/yellow stains in the mattress corners. I wish the rooms had more to offer, like a better coffee pot, or fluffier pillows. But the mexican place next door is amazing. Would love to eat there again but probably go with a different hotel."

"Floor was filty, dishes dirty, but staff was super responsive and kind. I had no high expectations for 2-star hotel, in basically a party town, but it still needs some work to get a better rating. Needs to update appropriately for off-season so I know in advance what is closed (pool/hot tub, no breakfast, etc)."

"The room was clean just a few crumbs and soap dried in the shower from previous guests. Otherwise room was in perfect condition no complaints. My only complaint I do have is the playscape, waterslides, and hot tub were shut down. Only the wave pool and the kiddie pool area were available "
