“Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards”

“Our stay at Palm Bay was exceptional. It is simply magical. As Canadians, we pinched ourselves to see if it was real. VERY private location. Small capacity makes it feel very VIP and exclusive. “General cleanliness when we took on the property was average. Also there were some maintenance issues, like the downstairs bath tub drain was clogged meaning it took ages for the water to drain. Water pressure and water temperature issues throughout. The view was lovely however and it was nice and spacious.”

“Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried”
