“The boathouses were clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. We only stayed one night. The swing seats on the deck next to the pool was a nice feature. The continental breakfast was really good. “First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

“The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink”

“It is uncomfortable to clean room. Sands, many dusts and warms on the floor. Room service was just changing towels daily.”

“The main mirror was dirty and smudged. There was no shower gell and very little shampoo. Window blind inadequate to keep out light. No phone. Only one chair in the room. Hard to sleep due to noisy music emanating from the room next door. Reception closed when we departed at 09:30, when it was advertised they would be open from 08:00.”
