"The gym was great! I had a great work-out while everyone else was running the Electric City 10K. I hate running!"

"The Hyatt feels like an older but stately hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. There was no microwave in the room, but there was a mini fridge. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold items to appeal to all tastes. The welcoming staff made it easy to enjoy and feel comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area. And, it was easy to access highways and to head toward Lake George while quiet and comfortable inside."

"The parking was perfect and spacious; there was a clean snow and ice-free path to the entrance. We were disappointed that there was no kitchen or chef available within the grounds, but being in a little Italian section of Amsterdam made up for it. Loved the art and the space available in our Jr. Suite. "

"Beware of a hidden fee, for parking, even though this facility is not in downtown Saratoga Springs and it is hard to see why there should be a charge to park. Further, the hotel clerk refused to write down my license plate number and compelled me to walk back to my car to place a parking slip on the dashboard. Cold, icy, snowy, dark, bad knee. Not a good way to start the visit. "
