Great location, Friendly staff, very clean + comfortable. Older property, but Well maintained! Coffee maker in room and balcony a plus. A bit pricey, but everything is higher these days. Would stay again!

The location of the property is the best part of the hotel. It's one block to the boardwalk, right near one of the piers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the owner/manager was very accommodating, even with an issue during check in. The room was comfortable, with some extra little features (like the steam feature in the shower and a powerful A/C).

I was a bit skeptical to stay here from past experiences at shore hotel/motels. I booked on the reviews, price and pictures alone. To my surprise this hotel was very clean and well kept. All newly updated, it is free parking (huge plus), my biggest pet peeve is cleanliness and it was clean with daily service. The staff was friendly, the pool was always clean as well as the grounds and loved the fact there was no smoking in the rooms or on the property. Don't hesitate to stay here. Right across the street from the boardwalk/beach walking distance to everything. Pleasant stay. Will stay here again.

The minute we stepped on to this property we felt good. The customer service was awesome. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean. The hot tub was amazing. Not a single person seemed unhappy here. We met some really good room attendants. A few steps away from the boardwalk. Definitely a plus if you have kids or are with elderly people. They get nothing but love and respect from me and my family.

Santiago was an excellent worker and helped with everything , Mike at check in was excellent. It needs a little but of updating but overall we loved it!!! Nice and close to the boardwalk, the staff was very friendly! We had the 3rd floor with the balcony which we loved and were able to see the fireworks from there. Pool extremely clean! Would definitely stay there again!

It’s not perfect but it’s very good. Very clean. Nice private patio. Nice pool. A block from the boardwalk by the Doo Wop Diner and Morey’s Pier. Would gladly stay here again.

I saw many negative reviews before I booked and that was why I only booked 2 nights and I wish I had booked more nights! Honestly the place was clean and didn’t notice too much noise only one night that someone was probably leaving the room but nothing crazy I did see some minor issues that maybe some people might complain about but is nothing major like some paint peeling off the wall but nothing that would make me unhappy! Definitely coming back next year and hoping to book for a whole week! This place is family friendly.

It was right behind the board walk super easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was super tight if you went out for dinner or to other areas, reparking was very limited. The room was a place to lay your head and shower. Room didnt look like the picture posted at all. Our bed wasnt remade after our second night and the sink wouldnt drain properly in the bathroom.we told the person who came to clean our room that second day.The pool and hottub looked clean only opened from 9am to 8pm .
