"I had an older somewhat disabled adult with me. I asked for a barrier free shower unit and was provided that. Appreciated! What was difficult was the toilet was too low for her and no grab bars to help lift and lower. Also the bed was very high. I did ask for and was provided with a step stool which helped. The staff was absolutely amazing. Probably my fault for not specifying the need for a full handicap accessible room. I would stay there again."

"The Hotel was very nice, and clean, but my room did not have any black out curtains or shades. The window only had one shade that allowed light to filter through, and there was a lot of light, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast was just okay. I was the only one in the dining room, with the exception of two others that came in later. The food had been sitting in warming dishes for a while, they brought out more "fresh" food, but it was the same temperature and consistency. I will say the breakfast potatoes are excellent. The free cookies at the desk, when I checked in, were burnt, so that was a disappointment. The staff is very friendly and attentive."

"The property inside the cabin did have everything we needed .The view was beautiful looking at the lake.,the outdoor patio was very nice.but the bed was to high the shower head sprayed in the wrong direction and couldnt adjust it, and the TV didnt have good service..would freeze up.Spectrum service not to good."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular."
