1- Online check-in did not work I was told to use self check in machine and I found out my CC charged twice (beware resort's fee and security deposits)
2- Front desk is not helpful
3- I have to wait hours and hours in the line for 2 days, it took 10 sec to release the hold for 2nd charge
4- Housekeeping is not for every day, and they are supper busy with limited staff and working hours we paid for resorts fee
5- I called housekeeping line and I waited hours and hours after long day to get clean towels

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Rooms were clean check in was great. Only issue is room service went into room and didn’t clean up they just looked and left. Check out was good and took care of charges for mistake thank you and answered all questions for us.
