"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel amenities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"The room was infested with getman cockroaches on ceiling on first night. Toilet did not flush and A/C was not cold. I could complain to the young manager the next day. He said he would go back in and spray. While I was out, I guess he sprayed but he left my sliding window open unbeknownst to me. I was so concerned about getting an infestation in my suitcase that I repack my entire room and left my bag in my friends room for the day . So I slept the second night ( after the manager supposedly sprayed ), wondering why there was all this noise that woke me up in the morning. It’s because it was the road noise due to the window that wasn’t shut. That is not safe as well. The third night there were roaches all over my ceiling again. I have asked for a discount in my rate which I was told I would get. I have yet to see it on my bill and I am now fighting with my credit card company to not pay the bill."
