“Too hot in room. Fan could not help at all.
No lift. Nice to sit on the Terrasse but you need to order at Rezeption! Very unconvenient!
Spa very dirty not nice. Steam room was the best. Many children jumping in Pool.

“The corridors smell of dirty carpets and our rooms aircon was not working. They didn't offer any compensation or change of rooms, just brought a fan. Otherwise just an average business hotel.”

“The grounds and pool were absolutely amazing, we even used the boat on the lake. Gardens and grounds beautifully maintained so pretty just to walk around. We had a lovely relaxing time.”
