"The hotel provides a door hanger for customers to request a room "refresh " while they may be out touring the city. We did this. Upon our return, all that was done was a couple of clean towels were supplied and the bed was made. I was surprised to find that the mini bar had not been restocked ( I even left the empty bottle of beer out so they could see what was used and I would have enjoyed another beer after walking around the city all day ) and the coffee cups we had used were not touched.
