"Beautiful property situated in stunning countryside. The cleanliness aspect was difficult for them as we were in thatched palm buildings. The check-in was not good as they could not find our booking to start with. Mostly apart from at breakfast and supper there were no staff around at all. White water rafting trip was excellent."

"the hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didn’t have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "

Again~! In Shangri-La Chiang Mai

"Dear friends The joy of my first trip to Chiang Mai is still there, but it's already been almost a month. I'm a team leader in a service industry. I was already looking forward to Shangri-La's strict service because I had experience using Cebu Shangri-La, but the Shangri-La I felt this time was the best. The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel. Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. Thank you again for my daughter's dainty birthday cake and all the moments that gave her joy. Even if I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose Shangri-La. Thank you."

"I can’t say enough about the service at POR! The staff went above and beyond to make my first visit to Thailand easy and so enjoyable. They helped to arrange for my daily activities and were quick to answer all my questions. The daily breakfasts were amazing and the beverages and snacks available all day were definitely a plus. "Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
