“The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes away from the Cathedral and the Commandery so is perfectly placed for a visit to Worcester. The hotel is also on a road with some beautiful historical buildings. The staff were great throughout, and the breakfast was very nice. The only negative I had was the temperature of my room, which was extremely hot! The combination of it being ridiculously hot outside, and old building and I think my room was above the kitchen meant that the room was...

“The hotel room we were allocated was at the back of the building off a really bad smelling musty corridor which seeped into the room. The room itself, other than the smell, was good. Clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was great. We asked for our bins to be emptied and for fresh towels which didn't happen.”

“Whole establishment was grimy and shabby. Room was very expensive for what it was, two old beds, a shower room barely big enough to turn around in. Black mould in the shower, toilet seat very heavily stained. Staff were pleasant and helpful and food was ok. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.”

“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...
