โI have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.โ
โI never got to stay at chesla tower2 because they said expedia payment was pending. And they told me that my reservation wasn't at chesla tower2 they just use that address and try to redirect me to some other location. They told me that if i wanted to stay i had to pay again. So i had to find another hotel room somewhere else. This was a very horrible experience for me and ruined my trip when i get back home i will finish filing my claim with Expedia hoping to get reimbursed for what i have...
โwe where not able tk stay/ use our reservation because the room that we booked is not available when we got there. we where not refunded and we did not have a room. worst experience from expedia.โ
โThe security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now.
Can I get a refund for my payment?โ
