โI have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.โ
โNever stayed here because there was no one available for check in. I had to make other arrangements. Ended up staying at Hudson Tower. It was almost double the price I booked on Expedia. Many other people have experienced the same issue. I felt like it was a scam. โ
โwe where not able tk stay/ use our reservation because the room that we booked is not available when we got there. we where not refunded and we did not have a room. worst experience from expedia.โ

Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper.
I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept.

โThe security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now.
